Noemí Roselló, MD is a recognized authority in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, currently serving as the Department Chair of Ophthalmology at the prestigious Sant Pau University Hospital (Barcelona Campus) in Spain. With over two decades of clinical and academic excellence, Dr. Roselló has dedicated her career to resolving complex vision disorders in children and advanced strabismus cases in adults.

Since 2006, Dr. Roselló has been an influential educator at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), where she serves as a Professor teaching both the Bachelor of Medicine and Doctoral courses in Ophthalmology. Her leadership extends into the global academic community as the Editor-in-Chief of the specialized journal Acta Estrabológica and as a certified peer reviewer for the Journal of AAPOS.

Dr. Roselló’s expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of tertiary care, including Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) Management, Myopia Management, and complex Pediatric Cataracts. She is particularly renowned for her work in subjective visual quality and the impact of intraocular lens implants on patient quality of life, a subject for which she earned her Diploma of Advanced Studies with honors. Her clinical practice at the Strabismus Center (Dyto Clinic) and her extensive multicenter research collaborations with institutions like UCLA highlight her commitment to advancing the safety and precision of ophthalmic surgery worldwide.

Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Journal of AAPOS, European Journal of Ophthalmology, BMJ Case Reports, Annals d’Oftalmologia, and Acta Estrabológica.
