Ta Chen Peter Chang is a tenured professor of ophthalmology, pediatrics, and human genetics at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, in Miami, Florida. He holds the Kolokotrones Endowed Chair in Ophthalmology. He is the director of the Samuel & Ethel Balkan International Pediatric Glaucoma Center at Bascom Palmer, one of the world’s first and largest multidisciplinary pediatric glaucoma centers.
